The staff at this guest house were really friendly and helpful. They assisted me in organizing scooter rental, which made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. the facilities seemed to be in good working order, ensuring a comfortable stay.
There were a few negative aspects of my experience. the communication was a challenge as the owner did not speak English at all.

Our stay at Thu Guest House was truly amazing! We were warmly welcomed by Kien, the friendly manager, who took into consideration my parents' walking ability when planning our trip. The hotel's location in a small street market allowed us to experience the local culture, with fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat available just steps away. We were also delighted to find a lovely café restaurant within a short 10-minute walk, as well as easy access to the local bus station. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, and our room was spacious, clean, and excellent value for money. We also took advantage of the option to rent a moped, which enhanced our overall experience. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Thu Guest House in Ninh Binh, and I must say it was an excellent choice by my director for our business trip. The staff at Thu Guest House truly knows how to cater to their guests, providing top-notch hospitality that made my stay even more memorable.
If I had to mention one minor inconvenience during my stay at Thu Guest House, it would be the absence of a kettle in the room.

amazing service from the family! they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay - from early check-in to helping us book transportation and even driving us to the bus station. the location was also convenient with a market nearby. highly recommended.
Wifi reception in our room was poor.

amazing staff, went above and beyond to help us with laundry and bike maintenance during the storm. Big room with AC, great for a break from hostels. They even let me check in early after a long bus ride. Super grateful for the extra sleep!

I recently stayed at Thu Guest House for a few nights and had a great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a vibrant market right in front. It was so enjoyable to sit outside and watch the lively street-life unfold. The area felt safe and secure, with overnight security provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to drop us off at the bus station. The room itself was spotless, and the wifi connection was strong. it was excellent value for the price.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
